While browsing through Club Penguin’s SWF files, I came across an unreleased file that said “Rookie’s Fall Fair Giveaway” within the Club Penguin Background SWF’s section. I found this interesting because as of right now, Rookie has not given away a new background during this year’s Fair. I also find this interesting because this SWF was just recently added to Club Penguin’s files.

Since it hasn’t been released yet, I predict that the new Club Penguin Rookie Fall Fair Giveaway Background will be released among tonight’s updates.
